- Shredding helps to protect your company's proprietary trade information
- Beacon Secure maintains insurance of $2 million General Liability Insurance
- We were the first company in southern Arizona AAA certified by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). The AAA certification means that our confidentiality procedures have been vigorously audited and ensures that your documents and media will be held confidentially until they are shredded
- All containers are locked. To ensure security within your office, only Beacon Secure has the keys to your container
- Our document destruction customers include hospitals, law firms, Fortune 500 commercial manufacturers and local, state and federal government agencies. Your business will be provided the same level of security and service
- You will receive a Certificate of Destruction confirming your materials have been destroyed and providing you documentation in the event of an audit
- All collection containers are kept locked and in secure area before shredding
- Paper is shredding to a 1/2" width, or, if requested, 5/16" which is specified by the Internal Revenue Service. Other shredders yield larger, less secure, 5/8" shred size. The resulting strips are baled and recycled for new paper
