    • All containers are securely locked, and only Beacon Secure has the keys, ensuring the security of its contents.
    • Employees follow precise security procedures when picking up, loading and transporting your confidential materials.  
    • Your materials are weighed on a digital scale, ensuring accurate records for you.
    • All vehicles have lockable, secure, enclosed cargo areas and cabs.
    • Confidential documents go from the locked containers to our locked trucks, and then to our secure facility where they are shredded, typically within one day.
    • Your confidential data is destroyed.  Beacon Secure offers three shred sizes: ½” strips meet most requirements; 5/16″ strips meet the requirements of the Internal Revenue Service; and grinding/disintegration meets Security Level Six requirements.
    • Strip shreds are baled and recycled for new paper.
    • A Certificate of Destruction is included on your invoice.
    •  The chain of custody is never broken or compromised. From pickup to destruction, your materials are always secure.
